These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and fb99 (hereinafter "fb99", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing all access to and use of the fb99 website accessible at https://fb99login.org and all associated services, features, and content provided thereon.

fb99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and following any unusual account activity. Verification may require submission of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification or that provide false information will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. fb99 will never contact you and ask for your password under any circumstances.

You must notify the fb99 support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your account credentials. fb99 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your account.
• All transactions conducted through your account, including all bets and deposits, will be treated as having been conducted by you personally.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an active investigation hold) will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
